Holy Rosary currently employs 375 full and part-time employees with 18 staff physicians providing a wide variety of medical needs. Physician specialties include cardiology, family practice, general surgery, internal medicine, obstetrics, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pathology, pediatrics and radiology.
Holy Rosary's impact on the healthcare delivery system reaches far beyond Miles City and Custer County. Holy Rosary serves seven southeastern Montana counties, which is approximately 13% of the geography of Montana. The population density is 3.2 persons per square mile, making Custer County a frontier county.
